I have to say... after knowing how my car felt at .5 bar on the street (which is the highest I have had it except on the dyno) Pete's car is insane. I'm humbled...

1. The Comptech unit had been out longer at the time and was more of a known quantity.
2. I wanted to do the installation myself and the Comptech unit seemed like it was more within the scope of my ability.

I have heard a lot of complaints about the comptech surpercharger and it's bracket. That the bracket breaks, and that the belt from the pulley comes loose. I haven't heard any of these complaints about the vortech. One reason I'm leaning more towards the vortech is because of its aftercooler, something very important in determining HP {cool air}. But, YS congrats on the number you have put down with the SC.
