The fuel pressure regulator is designed to change your fuel pressure based on your air pressure. It delivers 8 psi of additional fuel pressure for every 1 psi of air pressure above atmospheric (0psi on a boost guage.) Therefore, if it does create more boost pressure, then it should deliver more fuel to compensate. The problem is timing however, which remains stock, and therefore is not safe.
Anyways, you should be fine revving it out until 6000-7000 rpm before you have any problems. If you don't floor the car everywhere you'll have no problems.
Get it tuned!

I drove mine for a month with the exact same setup you have. I just didn't race it. Then I drove it 3 hours to get it tuned. No problems. In addition to tuning the AEM computer and wideband O2, I also got 440 injectors. I did 315 rwhp on a very humid day and he left it a little rich for an everyday driver. It still has more potential.

jcarlton- Are you running a single or dual exhaust? Cat or straight pipe? Since you mention everyday driving, I assume you have the cat in place. Also, with only the 7lbs pulley, did you need to get the bigger injectors or are you playing it safe? My Comptech is getting installed next month and I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination. Doing mucho reading though! Thanks.

My 4in pulley puts out 8 psi at the intake even with the aftercooler. I have an RM racing dual exhaust with a high flow cat. You don't need bigger injectors but most people recomend them. I did it to insure enough fuel under all conditions and to keep the duty cycle down.
