Compression test on my s2k

Those numbers are pretty darn low compared to most people that post. 235-250 is a common range. It could be that the gauge you're using just reads low, though. However, considering that you blow blue smoke, I would be worried about the engine. To me, that indicates your rings are going or there is cylinder wall damage. You should see if you can get a leakdown test done. Also, you might drop a teaspoon of oil into the cylinder next time to see if that increases the numbers. If it does, then again, that indicates ring or cylinder wall issues.

^ You're going turbo on an already unhealthy engine? Are you planning to address whatever is causing you to burn oil before slapping on a device that will put additional stress on the engine?

well i don't really want to put oil in each cyl.(teaspoon) i don't want a gas , spark, oil mixture to happen. i have checked the oil dipstick and is the same as it was before after 1000 miles, so the car is not burning oil. there is no power loss presented, because i'm next to an 06 s2000 with less miles. it could be the valve stem seals that might be causing the smoke occasionally.

Is a leak down test very involved? Does it cost much and can my local Honda tech do it?
I've got 133,000 on my car and she feels likes she's getting tired, especially through 1st and 2nd. People behind me have said it looks like I'm burning oil but with a test pipe on I figured that was what they saw, plus I run rich.
