I am getting absolutely no power to interior lights, dash, or anything, and the S won't even turn over. I put a battery charger on it, and it's registering full. What can I check next? It simply doesn't turn over at all.

Assuming you checked all the fuses, do you have a volt meter?

I'm going to start pulling fuses. One box near the battery and one box in driver's footwell that I know of. Any others? I do have a voltmeter.

Noob question. How do I remove the cover for the under dash fuse panel? Main fuse box: Pulled fuses that I could not see from above. All look OK. Obvious that there are some larger black fuses that I cann't see into.

The first Phillips screw I tried is really stuck on there. I'm afraid I'm going to strip the head. What size socket driver will fit that? 10mm?
