Default Cold start problem, anyone?

So, lately when I get into my S in the morning, it seems like it has a hard time starting after just sitting overnight. Today I got in it and started it, and it sat there on its own barely running for two seconds or so and then revved to life. I have a brand new K&N on there so you can rule that out. Just did an oil change and put in Valvoline synthetic 10W-30. Checked spark plugs today and re-torqued them. Obvious stuff aside, what do you guys think this could be?

Are you guys on stock ems?

I hear about this stuff with AEM EMS with guys that didn't have the cold start issue tuned enough but stock it should fire up right away every time.
