Default Cold start = low revs

Hey All,

I have an issue with idles on an cold engine. Many referred me to IAC, cleaned that baby out and still does it. New thing is trying to burp my car. (Air trapped in cooling system) I ordered the spill free funnel so I wouldnt waste coolant. I have a 2001, only engine mods are a cold air intake.

Now the symptoms. Only during cold engine/during first start of the day. I come to stop my idle dips really low and sometimes turns off. Thats it. Once engine is warm, runs normal, no idle issue whatsoever. I havent "MAP WHACK", i have cleaned IAC, i will be burping this weekend but is there any insight why its doing this?
