Cold Cylinder Leakage Test

Hi All,
I have a new engine ready to replace my hydro-locked and subsequently damaged one but I want to give it a good going over before I fit it.
I have a cylinder leakage tester and a compressor and I am wondering what percentage of leakage on a cold would be considered healthy for this engine.
I know it is usually under 5% when the engine is hot.
Cheers
James

I've done a cold leakage test on a fairly new F22C once. Results were 1% leakage on all cylinders.
I've also done a leakdown test on a semi-warm F20C w/ 80kmiles. Results were less than 2% leakage.
