regarding stiffness - the adjustment probably is for rebound.
i set it as stiff as possible untill the moment when on big dips at high speed the car "dives" into the dip too hard.

What do you mean "dives" if you are setting the rebound for as stiff as possible the car should dip less when coming out of/going into turns.

with strong rebound car dives hard into the dips.
with soft rebound struts extends and wheel goes into the dip and the car body dives only slightly.
not related to turns at all.
just straight line and high speed (say 130-160 kph).

so i make rebound stiffer and stiffer untill the point when it dives to hard - so i go one click softer.
