Default Clutch Travel Measurements

I have an AP2 with almost 100K miles (almost all highway) on it. The car is getting harder and harder to get in gear and the trans is starting to feel like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way between shifts. The engagement point is still in the middle of the clutch travel and no signs of slipping. Trans oil has been changed, I've bleed the clutch line a few times for air and no noticeable change from either one. Before I tear into the car to replace the clutch, I wanted to see if anyone had a measurement of how much travel the slave cylinder should be giving at the fork. Idea being that maybe a seal is going and it isn't giving full travel. While I don't think that's the problem, I want to make sure it's not something much easier than a full clutch job!

Thanks
