Clutch transplant
I think that my clutch has taken enough abuse (hundreds and hundreds of autocross runs, and perhaps 30 track days), and is showing signs that it needs to be retired.
I looked at the DIY, and it seems as if one needs to drop the engine a bit in order to do that; is that correct? I'm happy to change the clutch myself, but I really don't want to mess with dropping the engine, and all that goes with that.
Thanks.

Last time one of the guys here in Phoenix decided to do this at home, it took a crew of 14-15 an entire day. Would've been a total failure if not for the 1980s Sony television playing the game and the bbq filled with burgers and hotdogs...
