Doing a clutch job on this car is a major piece of work. It involves dropping the engine (a lot needs to be done before you can do this) and removing the transmission. When you're all done, you will have to get a wheel alignment. The work itself will cost many times more than a clutch disc itself.
No, you don't have to replace "all" that stuff. You can cheap out and just get the clutch disc and shove a bunch of horseshoes under your seat for good luck and hope none of the other clutch parts go. However, on the original clutch at nearly 100K miles, you can be fairly sure that the flywheel, pilot bearing, TO bearing and pressure plate are long for this world, so quite soon, you would be dropping the engine, taking the tranny off, getting another wheel alignment when you have to replace those other parts. Do you feel lucky?

Oh, and I've mentioned once already about the clutch fluid and someone else has even re-stated it. If you choose to ignore that bit of information when you're most likely dealing with original clutch fluid, that's also your choice.
