Default Clutch slipping after clutch delay valve removed

Aight Guys..........did research on this and i came up with a couple of different equations.

1st.....most of us felt the clutch still slipping after the clutch delay valved had been removed. Some people would argue that its timing in shift......some people would argue that the stock clutch is fine but change the PP to the act and call it a day. some people would argue that the flywheel is the culprit and its too heavy and not allowing it to grab quickly.

SO.............i'm thinking i wanna change the clutch to the Stock clutch and stock pressure plate setup cuz its cheaper than the act clutch and pp kit AND just replaced the Flywheel to a lighter flywheel. Is this a feasable solution?

I ask this because people have taken out their clutch thinking its the clutch and its still good ?!

Any suggestions would be appreciated guys/gals.

Seems like people were ok with just upgrading to the ACT clutch kit.

If you are looking for a little better grip just replace the PP with a Spec light PP.
Keep your stock disc and resurface your stock flywheel.
Do a search on this I have posted in great detail about this setup

If your clutch was fine before the CDV removal = they are right.
some people would argue that the stock clutch is fine but change the PP to the act and call it a day.
Not necessary if you know your timing in shifting is off (see above)
IOW get used to the setup without the CDV.

what exactly am i searching here on your Spec light PP? that just puts more pressure on the clutch right? How much is that? and should i just still change the clutch anyways since its out?

The thing is, it was starting to slip at the redline when i shifted, thats why i did the CDV removal.

So that being said, should i just replace the clutch anyways?

Well the car feels alot better than before. but it was slipping before and i think i drove too long and allowing it to slip before i took out the CDV. How does your clutch feel now with the ACT PP?

The question now is, how much HP can i have before i know i need to start thinking about getting a Performance clutch? becuase i MAY go turbo, i may not. but at least i have a peice of mind knowing i have the clutch in there already. i was thinking i would just replace the clutch and PP with the ACT because this is still my Daily driver.

Anyone?
