Default clutch slipping?

when i drive my car, and start to accelerate, (no matter what gear) the car seems to like it's in neutral and just sit there and rev, then when i drop the rpm's back down the gear will catch...i'm thinking that my clutch is slipping, but not 100% sure.
Any help would be appreciated!

TIA
