thanks Racer - I got the car back today at the cost of $1500.00 the car was only in the driveway the night my nephew borrowed it so it's not always on a steep driveway.

driving home i was playing with my vafc and it appears that the vafc remebers the highest rmp (wish i knew this last friday morning) I could have checked his highest rpm..

when i say exploded - there was no fabic on the disk (looked like a bird's nest), the flywheel was completely scored (deep burns), and even though i didn't look at the pressure plate the dealer claims it was blue from heat

oh well lession learned - i drove her today and felt 100* better - no one but me will drive my car again.
