So I put in a ACT heavy duty clutch kit about 50k miles ago. From day one I had the imfamous clutch buzz but wasn't too bad. Over the past few years it has gotten to the point where I just can't take it anymore lol. It still has plenty of bite. I also put in an ACT lightweight flywheel. The questioin that I have is, would I be ok to just replace to disk/TO bearing/thrust washer and not the pressure plate and flywheel. Or should I just bite the bullet and but another flywheel and stock/ACT flywheel?

The TSB-054 states that the disk is the source of the noise. I replaced mine at about 35k miles (car was 5 years old by then) when I couldn't stand the noise any longer. I replaced just the disk; 40k miles later all is well. I had the luxury of taking the clutch out and inspecting the parts before ordering parts; I didn't need the car for the time it took for the parts to arrive.
If you can afford to let the car sit on jack stands while waiting for parts, I'd pull the transmission, inspect the parts, and determine what to order. If something you don't replace subsequently fails, you lose a couple of evenings doing the job over...
You say the clutch "still has plenty of bite" so its likely that a disk will be sufficient.
