What set up is recommended for me?
Car is now a daily but will soon be tracked some and autox. Also if I'm going to spend the money I want some kind of upgrade, so please dont suggest all OEM.

i currently have the act setup...
i would recommend an oem setup if your not supercharged or turbo.
the act disk is capable of holding more power where as the oem will slip when you attain a large amount of power gain.
i have an act on my car which only has bolt ons and it was a bit overkill. plus i am plagued with clutch buzz from the act disk.
if you want a more aggressive feel, the hardtop guy package is great-act pressure plate paired with the oem clutch disk.

Sounds like burnouts and launches to me (abuse). I have 70k miles, I drive hard everyday and my stock clutch feels perfect. Several members have over 100k miles on the oem clutch. There is nothing wrong or weak about the oem clutch, just treat it nicely
I'm sure the stock rotors and pads could last 100k if you treated them "nicely...."
Don't confuse "use" with "abuse."
Third clutch, third differential, third set of rotors, fourth set of pads, five sets of tires... for 50k miles. It's been a hoot!

[QUOTE=CKit,Jun 4 2009, 06:38 AM] You could treat the OEM tire "nicely" and get 20k miles on them as well....
