Default Clutch problems?

Hey everyone, I was hoping somebody's technical prowess could help me figure out what my problem is. In my 2001 AP1 (106k), the clutch pedal got stuck on the floor. I was unable to shift into gears and the pedal only came up if I forced it. After a minute or so, it went back to normal and I was able to get in gear. Afraid something like that would happen in an intersection, I stopped driving the S for now. I checked the fluid reservoir, and while it is a little dirty, it is full. I am guessing it is either the slave or master cylinder. Someone suggested to me that it might be my throwout bearing. Prior to this happening, there has been a vibration/buzz during deceleration/slight acceleration when in gear, but I am not sure it is related (it's not clutch buzz).

Thanks in advance,

Justin
