Default Clutch problem

Okay so my car broke down in my garage, but here is my problem:

When you push the clutch pedal there is no resistance on it. It just goes straight to the floor, and sometimes you have to pull it back up or sometimes it will come up on its own.

The only thing I can think of is when I recently took my calipers off to paint them, maybe there's a air bubble in the clutch line? If so is there a way to bleed that out, I'm assuming they used the same master cylinder. The only other thing I can think of is the release bearing went. I have a new clutch/flywheel on the way, but I'd still like to be able to drive my car for the 2 or 3 weeks that will take to get here. Any suggestions? This ever happen to anyone else?

Bleed your clutch. Do a search on "gravity bleed" for the clutch. Although in your circumstance it might not work because air has already been introduced into the line. What you can do is put a hose on the bleeder screw on the clutch slave and put it to a drain bucket. Loosen the screw; open the clutch fluid resevior and put a funnel in it... fill the funnel up PAST the top of the container with brake fluid to make sure it doesnt run dry while bleeding, make sure to use towels around the resevior or you will get fluid everywhere. Once you have all this done pump the clutch back and forth by hand about 5 times. MAKE SURE THE RESEVOIR DOESNT GO DRY!!. Hense the reason for the funnel allowing you to have plenty fluid available- refill as needed and continue this process until clutch feels good. Normally about 3 or 4 times of this and you'll be butter
