Clutch Problem!
Today i did a full tranny swap in my 01 S and now after i got everything put back together the clutch will only compress about 1/4 of the way down before feeling like a brake pedal and locking up? Clutch master or slave bad? Clutch fork misplaced? any expert advice would be great.. Thx!

I think its a mechanical binding I would think fork misaligned, or worse pressure plate binding against the pilot bearing.
You can try removing the slave cylinder, to check that the Master and slave are working well together. But be careful you don't over extend the slave cylinder.

haha, glad you found the problem. I just forced the damn thing down when it happened to me....clutch slave piston shot out around the fork, ended up having to rebleed the entire thing....gah.
