Check your clutch master first for fluid level and if it is very dark.
You can try to bleed the system and use a good semi synthetic dot 3/4 fluid. This is your least expensive and easiest to do thing first.

Some times the slave cylinder will crap out When the fluid is dark it means it has moisture in it, this is bad. This will happen in the brake system too You should flush both systems at least once a year and use a high quality fluid like Vavoline semi synthetic dot 3 and 4 compatible. The stuff is not expensive and has a high wet and dry boiling point.

All brake fluids are synthetic.

Just don't use DOT 5, that's silicone based and not for the S2000 brake/clutch system.
DOT 5.1 (notice the dot ) is compatible with DOT 3 and 4 and IS ok to use and surpasses the DOT 3 & 4 specs.

Shoot for the easy maintenance fix first, even if it dose not solve your problem it is still money and time well spent. If you are not to hard on the car the clutch can last upwards of 100K miles 50K being a good average.
Spitfire is the man when it comes to fluid tech and info, very smart guy. I use the DOT 3 4 stuff because it works for me, the Vavoline is inexpensive and has very impressive numbers. I change the fluid when it starts to get a little dark about twice a year. Motor-Craft (Ford) also has a fluid that is outstanding and is much less than comparable products priced much higher
