Default Clutch problem with 2004

Back story...
My girlfriends car, 2004 AP2 90k miles on it. At around 80k miles the clutch started sticking really bad. Did all the typical stuff. Greased the ball the fork all that. Finally decided to put a clutch in the car. My buddy had given me a clutch out of his 06 with 10k miles on it. And I had it sitting on my shelf for about a year as a spare for my car. I put the used clutch in her car because after taking her stock one out it was DONE. When I put the 06 clutch in I also installed an ap1 flywheel that I bought off a member here. I drove the car easy for 500 miles or so and when I tried to shift fast the car would slip in 3rd a little bit and bad in 4th and 5th only when you shift fast. Driving around town or shifting easy and then punching it it doesnt slip at all. Just when you shift fast when racing. I went back and took the slave out and did the delay valve removal mod. Still slipped the same way.

Well she delt with it for about 10k miles and when we were at a race a few weeks ago it started slipping bad in 4th and 5th when she shifted. Once she let off the gas and got back on it the clutch would hold. I pulled the clutch back out and replaced it with another oem disc and PP. Ran a wizz wheel on the flywheel just to prep the surface like normal. After a break in the car still slips when shifting hard into 3rd 4th and 5th.

So what do the experts think it could be. I am thinking either something isnt going together right, or maybe the slave is messing something up (could I mess up taking the delay valve out?), or maybe the flywheel I bought since it was resurface is too thin and making it slip. I hate to spend anymore money on her car and not fix it.

Any suggestions?

Ap1 flywheel is ok, removing delay is a must for this mod.

Can you feel freplay in the clutch pedal using your fingers?

If the flywheel was cut, it has to be step cut. Remove dowels, cut both surfaces.

Sounds to me like you want a stiffer pp.
