Clutch Pedal stuck 'up'

Clutch Pedal stuck 'up'
Thanks in advance for anyone in UTH who can help. After getting run off the road sunday (unrelated damage and probably not the cause of this issue), on my way to get an estimate at an autobody shop, the pedal hits the floor and my clutch stopped working. After I realized what happened, I shut the car down and pushed her into a parking spot in neutral. I picked the clutch pedal up off the floor, and now it's hard as a rock and can't be pressed down with reasonable force.
To clarify and to make it more challenging, my car has the Carbonetic Multi-Plate clutch setup, and it has a [b]push-to-pull conversion[/b[ for the slave cylinder.
I checked the CMC, fluid's full. No brake fluid leakage
The slave cylinder rod (on the conversion) with a ball on the end, snapped the ball clean off (the clutch fork must have snapped it off).
So my questions are:
-How much play should the clutch fork have? If I pull the clutch outward I have an inch of lateral play and an inch of forward play as well.
-Since the ball isn't engaging the transmission and the pedal is still stuck, the issue (for now) lies within my slave and master cylinder correct?
Picture of the push>pull conversion piece that broke:
What mine looks like, the jagged tip is where the ball broke off, the other part circled is the clutch fork. Currently there's nothing attached to the fork, so my pedal issue is not related to the clutch/transmission at the moment?

I had a similar issue where the clutch would not disengage. It turned out to be a busted throwout bearing.

Ah I see, I hope it's not the T/O bearing, but I'm preparing for the bad news too. Do you know by chance if the clutch pedal would remain stuck when the slave cylinder isn't making contact with the clutch fork? (pictured with the red circles).
As of right now, the slave cylinder rod can't make contact with the shift fork. So with no contact, and the pedal still being stiff, shouldn't it be something non-clutch/non-transmission related?

It turned out to be the slave cylinder. I fixed it, but for future reference for anyone that has the carbonetics twin or multi-plate clutch with a push pull push-to-pull conversion, this problem can occur. For my application specifically, the conversion's rod was too long and needed to be trimmed before installation because it got in the way of the slave cylinder when the slave cylinder was extending.
I had to trim the rod (pull rod for the slave cylinder, the piece that snapped off) by 8mm in order for the slave to fully extend. I hope whoever searches this gets this answer lol...

Clutch pedal just wouldn't go down at thunderhill turn 3 east and I was able to down shift. Ended up towing the car home to find this. Hah replacing the salve and the master cylinder..thanks!
