Clutch pedal sticking near bottom
With the car OFF, the clutch feels perfectly butter smooth with 0 issues.
With the car ON, I can feel roughness/stickiness throughout the lower portion of the pedal, especially if I release it slowly.
-Bled clutch
-Sanded nipple off of rod that sits in the clutch release fork and made it a mirror finish and applied some high temp grease all over it and the boot.
Clutch pedal felt slightly better after re-greasing and sanding the rod but the problem mentioned above persists.

Nevermind fixed it!
Just for future reference-
I had to use a wire to put some grease up where the release fork meets the bearing and I even got this rattling noise to go away that I've had for 30k miles.
