Default Clutch pedal not as smooth

I had this kinda problem before and it went away but now it's back. It's kind of hard to explain, but when I push the clutch pedal I feel this kind of grinding/vibration on my feet and after while of shifting it makes my feet kinda numb. It's only when the car is on, but when it's off and I push the clutch pedal it's smooth. My trans fluid is good and the clutch fluid, I change it every 3000-5000 miles with a turkey baster. Any clue? Clutch is stock and about 77,000 miles on it. My03 w/ 172,000 miles.

The turkey baster method works, but I would bleed the clutch fluid to be safe. It makes a huge difference.

Sounds like your release bearing is starting to go bad.

Hmmm... Guess I'll have to start looking for a new clutch soon.

i posted a thread about this earlier and never got a good response. Is it like a super high frequency buzz at the top of your throw? like right before engagement? I never could figure out what it was and it was worse in cold weather....? only after the car had warmed up.
Very odd but the car runs and drives just fine, disengagement is good too.

Have you tried tightening the bolt on your clutch pedal rod? I think that could be the cause of mine and i'm going to fix it this weekend. I can see that being a hair loose and buzzzing between the pedal and master

Possibly thow out bearing. Sounds more mechanical than fluid, but start with the cheapest and easiest.

Yea it's a grinding/vibration feeling from the point of resistance all the way to the bottom. The weird things it went away before but it's back.
