Clutch Pedal Issues

A while back I changed my clutch. Since then, I have had an issue with my clutch where after a bit of driving, when the car is well heated up, the clutch pedal falls almost to the floor. However, I can still manipulate the pressure plate, although without any hydraulic assistance.
I've bled the system 3 times.
I'm thinking I may have incorrectly installed the slave cylinder assembly (rod, springs, etc.). I have had some suggest to me that I need to adjust the pedal itself, but upon inspecting that it seems fine. Any help is appreciated. TIA.

How are you manipulating the pressure plate without hydraulic assistance?
My first guess would be that you have a problem with your pressure plate. I can't see how it could be your slave cylinder (or anywhere in your hydraulics for that matter) because it isn't binding and you're able to disengage the clutch fine when it's cold. I doubt that it has to do with the release fork, since that usually means that you can't disengage the clutch at all.
Good luck.
