clutch pedal feels inconsistent, sticky
every once in a while, my clutch pedal feels extremely hard, and the pressure required to depress it varies. at the bottom of the stroke it feels sticky as well. this happens mostly when i'm driving in heavy traffic. i also notice that when i take it to redline, the pedal feels super soft again. i'm thinking that i need to bleed/change my clutch fluid, but the shop manual has nothing in bleeding the fluid. has anyone here done this? any advice would be greatly appreciated

^^ i'm thinking that the increased heat under the hood makes the clutch fluid move more smoothly through the line. that's why it goes back to normal after i start driving normally again.

If you haven't bleed the line in a while, I'd highly recommend it. It makes a huge difference. It is basically the same procedure as bleeding the brakes.
The stickyness might be the shift fork needing to be lubricated again also. I think there is a procedure for that in the manual, but if not I know I read how to do it on here before. It is also a simple procedure. It uses some special heat resistent Honda grease, but it wasn't exepensive.
I'd say try both of those and you should see a very noticeable difference.
