Clutch Pedal 'feel'/vibration

Clutch Pedal 'feel'/vibration
Hey guys, posted a little while back about a rough shifting S and after clutch fluid change, tranny fluid change, new shifting techniques, and removal of the clutch free play, i'm 99% the way to great shifting even in cold weather.
My current question is about a 'feel' i get through the clutch pedal rarely. I have adjusted free play to eliminate all of it, without going into the master cylinder play (aka perfect according to Billman). But sometimes when shifting and letting out the clutch that's now engaged, I can feel a little vibration in the clutch pedal as a let it out from the 'engaged' point through the master cylinder play if that makes sense. I don't feel the vibration as the clutch is grabbing on, it's the only last 1/4 inch of pedal movement that is the master cylinder free play.
What do you think is causing this? Could this just be normal vibrations from engine and trans being sent through the master cylinder? I can always check for crank walk - is there a guide? I don't think it is this since it's in the master cylinder free play range and not when the clutch is actually grabbing.
Thanks!

I know that but if you read it, it's doesn't seem typical of the crank walk. Mine is almost like a physical feel of gear backlash. I don't feel ever on upshifts, only on downshifts in 2 and 3 when i can hear gear backlash.
What does crankwalk vibration feel like? Is it through the whole range of the clutch pedal and during engagement? I wouldn't consider this a major vibration

I re-read your post and since it is only occurring at the top of clutch pedal free play area, I would sooner suspect the release bearing but that would be making noise usually if bad enough to have noticeable vibration

Okay i'm going to put back in Honda dot 3 to the clutch fluid. I know that's most likely not it, but that's when i noticed the difference. dot4 is thicker, no?
anyways, i gave myself a touch more free play in the clutch to see if that had an effect - aka me over doing the free play removal. I also will see if it gets any worse/better. might just be me having a sensitive foot.
