Clutch Pedal catching
At the start of this week my clutch pedal has started catching when I'm trying to shift. When I am in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd at an RPM over 4k when I try to depress the clutch pedal it catches for a second then depresses so that I can shift. I'm not sure what the problem is but it is very annoying not being able to perform a smooth shift because the pedal gets stuck for a second. I have an MY06 if anyone has any ideas about what might be causing the issue.

That should be the first thing too check... you should flush, clean, and add then bleed. ... Bleed the slave cylinder on your next oil change have your buddy pump the pedal. its a good idea to do ever year. i noticed cycling threw climate changes makes the slave notchy with my ITR and my s2000 and i know its time too freshen up and bleed. I run amsoil dot 4 brake fluid i noticed that makes my pedal feel better. could just be though... if that doesnt fix it.. look into the Slave being faulty or even a bad clutch disc but it doesnt seem that way.
