Default Clutch Noise when depressed

Hey all, Ive got a squeaky clutch every time I step on the clutch pedal. I have already removed the slave cylinder from underneath the car and polished off the head of that pushrod with emery sandpaper to a smooth finish. The pushrod and clutch fork(the cup in which the pushrod goes into) were regreased using honda urea grease (green). I have also regreased the clutch return spring from inside the car and have changed the clutch fluid. If I let the car sit overnight, the first 10-15 clutch engagements are silent and smooth, after that, the clutch starts squeaking and will begin groaning if I lift off the clutch pedal slowly. The car is maintained extremely well if that matters and all fluids are changed in approximately 5k mile intervals (10k diff, 10k tranny). When I removed the slave cylinder and regreased it the noise went away for approximately 50miles in a mix of city and highway driving only to return back. Does anyone have any other suggestions to remedy this issue?? I have heard of rusty splines but theres no way to grease those splines without having to remove the tranny from the car.

You can grease the tranny shaft with the hands of a midget. The hard part is finding a midget.

i just got my used s2ki, had same problem, when pushing down on clutch it would make a noise that i not like. i got the 5W some spray from auto zone and sprayed in down in the back end of the clutch and pressed on the clutch up and down so the grease could go iin, and not its good.

notice: when it rain and u take in wet shoes, the water might go in those areas, and that might also case that issue. that what i observed with mine.
