clutch job and now p0300,p0301,p0302,p0303p0304
I did a clutch/flywheel job and everything seemed fine until after the 3rd drive the CEL came on. The codes I read were po300, p0301,p0302,p0303, and p0304. They still come on every 3rd drive or so, but I noticed that I can make the CEL light come on if I just start/stop the car 3 times only letting it idle. It idles perfectly, runs great, and I can never tell that it is misfiring. I have been able to drive it for weeks without a CEL if I don't let it idle, but If I let it idle for any amount of time, CEL is right on. The codes are always the same. Sometimes one cylinder might be missing, but that is very rare. It is almost always all 5 codes. The codes never came on before the clutch job. The car is stock other than the carbonetics clutch and flywheel. 2004 s2000 with 75k miles. Anyone have any ideas as to how a clutch job could go wrong and cause this? I've done one other clutch job before on an AP1 without any issues.
Please help!

I read the misfire thread and many others. The knock sensor seems fine. I never touched it when I did my clutch job. I was extremely careful when removing the top starter bolt. I was just hoping there was some commonly missed thing when doing a clutch job. Has anyone else out there used a carbonetics single clutch? I wonder if the extra vibration is making the car think it is misfiring.

make sure all the connectors on the tranny is properly connected. especially your back-up light switch. im hoping you didnt twist it all up while removing your tranny.
check your small gound cable next to the intake wire support bracket. it sits right underneath the starter.
make sure the 2 connectors by the firewall is connected.
please make sure, and again that your knock sensor is not broken.
