If you're sitting at rest with the car in 1st and the clutch depressed, does the car try to creep forwards? It sounds like the clutch might not be fully releasing. That could be a mechanical problem or a hydraulic problem. We need more info.

Did a local shop lighten the flywheel? They could have gotten the step dimensions wrong, that would cause the clutch disk to drag on the flywheel. Is the tranny full of oil? Have you tried bleeding the clutch hydraulics?
The car doesnt move with the car at a stop and in first with the clutch fully depressed. Also its not consistent problem.

The mchanic has bled the clutch with little or no effect but lubricating the input shaft seemed to remedy the rough shifting problem.

The flywheel was purchased from ACT brand new.

Ive been having problems ever since the clutch job, but i dont understand how someone can mess up such a straight forward job?

No such thing when it comes to that job....and aftermarket add-ons.

I would look at your clutch master cylinder. Check your reservoir to make sure it is still showing full. Cheap and easy to start there.
