Clutch Interl -Lock Switch

I can't read Japanese, but I assume it bypasses the factory clutch interlock, though I don't know why you would want a switch for that.
If you want to bypass it, just bypass it, why have a switch that you have to remember to turn on and off every time you want to start the car without using the clutch.
Or maybe it's a cheezy way to bypass the clutch interlock to allow for remote start, with the idea that you only press the switch after you put the car in neutral and put the brake on. But even that sounds pretty lame, you could easily forget and leave the switch on, and have no safety against starting the car in gear.
