Default Clutch Install Issues

So I got everything back together, car starts, but the clutch is super firm and it wont disengage the clutch. I remembered a bit of play on the throwout bearing when I installed it so I ripped it apart in under 3 hours by myself (im a pro now... lol) and everything seems good. I installed the clutch the correct way. The TO bearing was in right. The pilot bearing is still in place. When I was taking it apart the first time the plunger came out of the slave cylinder and I put it back in, then bled the clutch fluid. So I dont think it's air in the system. Could my slave cylinder be bad? Or did I install something wrong? I just can't figure it out. Any help would be super!

If the slave was good before the install, then most likely you did something wrong. I would rule the slave out.

Can you push the pedal at all? Have someone look at the slave while you push the pedal and see if it moves, you might need to pull the rubber cover back.

You can only install the disc the right way on the S2000. It only fits one way.

I was going to ask if the throughout bearing was installed the right way tho. Its a pull type, so it has to go through the pressure plate and pull it away from the motor instead of pushing against the motor.

make sure the bearing is installed the right direction, check the fork, check the movement of the ball from the slave, make sure you have plenty of grease where the fork meets the bearing

clutch sticking

I just went through this you need to grease the clutch fork where it meets the throw out bearing. also grease the plunger and where the plunger meets the clutch fork. I sanded down my plunger ball to a mirror finish before greasing. Clutch is as smooth as a babies bottom. Still have another 500 miles to go before I can romp on it. I bought an ACT stage 2 with the street disk and a chromoly flywheel. Hope this helps man!

I'm gonna feel like a dummy now if this is right. The picture shows the release fork on the outside of the throw out bearing, not in the middle of it. Is this the correct installation? If so it makes complete sense now. I never had any pictures of inside the tranny and didn't look into the housing before I removed the fork so I figured it was to be installed onto the bearing not to the side of it.
