Default Clutch fork / stuck throwout bearing

Is it ok to re use the clutch fork if it rattles a little bit ? I’m changing the clutch because the throwout bearing got stuck ,could the fork had caused that ? Or just me banging gears lol

To clarify, the thing the fork clips into is two pieces. A solid junk o' metal, and a spring made from flat spring steel bent into correct shape. You most likely just need the spring.
