I went into the DIY section yesterday and decided to do a clutch fluid bleed and change. I followed the instructions perfectly and after i was finished, the clutch just doesn't feel like the way it did before. So i did it again two more times and still the same result. Clutch engagement is at a very low and there is a bit of play at the top. I'm pretty sure there is not any air is there because i pumped almost the whole container or brake fluid and didn 't see any bubbles. And another thing, when i twist the bleed valve open is the fluid supposed to dribble out like it did or only when i press the clutch pedal to the floor? Also is it safe to drive right now? Please someone help me get my clutch back to normal.

did you have a helper push the clutch while you opened the bleed valve? a partner should be pushing the pedal all the way down while you open the valve quickly to let a litte bit of fluid out at a time. they will have to pull the pedal back up and you repeat as necessary.

Nevermind guys. The wife took it to work and when she brought it back home i got in and it felt normal again. I think that it just has to be drivin around for a bit to build up the pressure. I drove it for a minute when i did the change and pump the heck out of the clutch but i quess i didn't drive it around enough. Thanks for the response guys. Its all good now.
