Default Clutch changing engagement and feel after driving a while

First let me describe what I mean by changing engagement and feel. When I start driving the car, the clutch engages fairly quickly and firmly. Maybe 20-30 minutes of normal city driving in, the clutch engagement feel is softer. It now has more slip during engagement and feels like the engagement point has risen in the pedal travel.

The problem began after (professionally) replacing the clutch and flywheel recently. Stage 2 Clutchmasters + AP1 flywheel. The clutch master and slave cylinders were also replaced under warranty and filled with ATE super blue. It pretty much grabbed as soon as you would lift you foot at all. But again, after a bit of time, it grabbed higher and with more slip. I talked to Clutchmasters and they said this was definitely abnormal but had to be from the hydraulics.

I took it back in. No leaks or abnormalities. Flushed the fluid out with DOT3 instead. Now it grabs more like a stock clutch, higher in the pedal travel. But again, after a while it does change to a softer feel.

We can't find the problem, but know this is abnormal. It isn't necessarily causing an outright problem with driving, but still. We are out of ideas.

Any insights?
