Clutch burn smell with new clutch?
I just had my clutch replaced 1000 miles ago. Anyways, I was driving to work today on the highway, I got off and continued to drive normal. No WOT, or aggressive driving at all. I come to a stop light and when proceeded to take off, began to smell my clutch! WTF? It's the smell of a burning clutch. There is no slip during clutch engagement, and I was just driving normal. Do you guys think this is my clutch? I'm honestly lost how driving normal on a new clutch with no slip can cause this smell. It has happened a few times today where I would start smelling my clutch. Like I said, no aggressive clutch engagement or WOT.

I readjusted the clutch pedal today just to be sure. When i looked at the clutch pedal, it was fully disengaged during release.I did not smell the clutch today, hopefully it was just a fluke incident. I think I'm going to lube up the clutch fork tomorrow just to be sure. My clutch pedal feels really rough and grainy for some reason.
