Default Clutch barely engaging

First, I did search, but didn't find much of an answer.

So... I had my clutch upgraded ~2000 miles ago. The whole kit (clutch, pp, flywheel, bearing, etc). Had it professionally installed, and it has given me no problems. My clutch master cylinder was leaking a bit, so I had that replaced, and the system was flushed and bled with ATE blue fluid.

So I had the CMC, and my supercharger installed on the same day. All has been great for ~250 miles. I am running a 6 puck clutch, so my engagement is verrrrrrry short (almost on/off, very little room to "feather" or slowly engage the clutch.) So when I got the car back, the engagement point was roughly in the middle of the pedal travel, like normal. Since then, over the last ~250 miles, the engagement point has been creeping up, until it was about 0.5" from the top. So I would just barely tap the clutch pedal to disengage/shift. I noticed I had a problem...

So today I was driving home from work, and my clutch was barely engaging. The pedal was all the way out, and the clutch was only half engaged, was slipping. I pulled over, and messed around with the pedal rod adjustment (the 12mm bolt that connects the CMC to the pedal, adjusted that). So after the adjustment, I was able to get the engagement point to around the middle (half pedal travel) but the top half of the pedal travel was so loose, there was no pressure; it didn't feel right. I made it home and messed with it more, and still doesnt feel right. Checked the fluid level and its all the way up top totally fine. The guy who replaced my clutch/CMC is 100% legit and knows s2000s inside and out, so I highly doubt it was an error with the install, or with getting air in the system.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

After messing with the pedal rod adjustment, it down grabs low/middle, but the top half of the pedal travels has a lot less pressure than it used to; it feels sloppy. I'm going to try bleeding the system this weekend and see if that tightens up the pedal feel. Does a Clutch master cylinder have a break in period?

It's new with only ~2000 miles on it. This started happening after the CMC was replaced. Going to bleed the system this weekend, hope it helps.
