clutch allignment tool?
ok so I've called autozone, checker, pep boys, napa, the local honda dealer and they all say they dont have a clutch allignment tool in stock some say they can order it but its a few weeks out...
Does anyone know what else I can use or a place that might have one?

your local import performance shop.
a clutch alignment tool generally comes with a new clutch kit.
if that shop has done some clutch work, chances are they will have a few laying around.
offer them $10 for one. they shouldn't worry if thats the only one for an S in the shop because the next clutch kit that comes in will probably have a new tool in it.

You won't find one, more than likely. I've done 2 clutches now by doing this:
1) Fit the new clutch disc, pressureplate, and throwout bearing to the flywheel, and spin the pressure plate bolts on finger tight.
2) Sit up in the transmission tunnel sideways as high as you can get and turn your head to look at the clutch.
3) Shine a work light through the throwout bearing and move the clutch disc to center the splines over the pilot bearing on the flywheel.
4) Hold the disc in place and tighten up the pressure plate bolts.
5) Torque the bolts, then re-check the alignment by eye
