Is it just while the car is cranking or does it stay blinking once its on? If it happens while your starting it its normal, but if it flickers then it could probably be your alternator going out.

have you tampered with it? any bad connections? have you installed a new radio recently? if so the dimmer (or orange or orange with white stripe) wire in the aftermarket radio may need to be disconnected if you used it. Also, there may be an incorrect wiring if you installed a new alarm. If its none of these, the LED's in your cluster may be going, and causing shorts. If all that has failed, the dimmer switch on the cluster. or the headlight switch may need replacement

If it is flickering at idel but goes away when you rev your engine than your alternator is on it way out, get a new one before it leave you stranded.

Might not be the alternator, I have the same problem on my 07 with 14k miles. I swear to the Honda Gods if my alternator is going out already I will punch Honda right in the face!

Now that I think about it when I put my Alpine 9857 in I definitely connected the dimmer wire.... I bet that is my problem
