Clunking noise from rear driver's side

OK, I'll check it out. Just FYI, the reason I only heard it after I put the silencer in is because the car is so damn loud without it I'll have to check the movement theory at the track tomorrow.

Torqued the drivers side axle nut tonight. It moved. The passenger side didn't move when we tried to tighten it.

This maybe a longshot, but could it be the covertible top that's rattling?
