Same problem with me... but only happens now and again... I thought it might be a backlash thing with the gears/diff but went forward and back a bit to hear it but nothing... Guessing it must be E-Brake... will try it and report

FYI : I live in humid, cold climate and driveway is on a small incline lol

Well had my car parked in my garage for a few days as I was sick. Tried pushing it backwards last night but unfortunately it would not make the noise so I'll have to try again sometime. Actually hasn't made the sound since I posted this hahah.

Posting about problems and having them disappear FTW!

Well it will only make the noise once after it has been parked since it is the brake freeing itself from the disks. Mine does it almost everytime i let the car sit a while but it always does it if it was raining when I put it away or if I washed it.

Yours sounds like a different problem. Only when you brake huh when is the last time you changed your pads. Or even more simple where is the noise coming from. had a freind with the same problem and come to find out he had left a can of brake cleaner in his trunk and it was bouncing around lol

Well your problem seems to be all together different as well. My solution only works when it is clicking after sitting awhile. If I were you I would refer to lotus7racer post as this diagnoses more serious problems.

forgot to add moved the car today after sitting a while and the front and rear popped. Definatly the brakes sitcking though

Damn it. Still hasn't happened again to test that possibility haha. Well I guess if it stays away I am fine with that too lol.
