When I begin moving forward from a stop, I hear a "clunk" from the rear end. It almost sounds as if I ran over something. This occurs about 1 out of 5 starts. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

possibly differential clunk?

I just got my ap1 too and have been hearing alot of noise, but from what i'm reading on the forums, its normal.

Your axel nuts need to be retorqued to a higher amount. I did mine a few years ago, I also replaced the nut,& used plenty of grease.
Search for "axel nuts".

hmm i get something similar to this though but it sounds like i stepped over a twig every time. i know it cant be the axle retorque cause it never did it before and its a MY07. ive read and read and it seems it might be the rear sway bar thats loose but i dunno.

mine does the same but it does it when making slow sharp turns like 5mph or less...its the differential for sure, don't worry, when it goes it goes
