Default Clicking sound in the rear! Need assistance

So like the title says I get this like very strong but not loud clicking sound from my rear end when taking off slowly in fkrst or reversing, I have an 01 S and would love to know if it juat happens to cars around 90,xxx miles on it. I would higly appreciate if one of you wrench gurus can lend me a helping hand into figuring this whole thing out I have a suspicion that the problem is in the differential. Hook it uppppp.

Question regarding the axle nuts. Is it required to remove them first or can u just set the torque wrench to 250 n tighten

remove them first and grease the faces....any corrosion on there is going to give you completely inaccurate torque readings...
