Clicking sound?
I hear a clicking sound from the rear wheels at slow speeds 2 to 5 mph. I jacked up the car and rotate the wheels but no sound.....What could this be??????

Could be loose hub nuts. There is a TSB on this. Go to the dealer to get it checked out.
Could also be wheel bearing or CV joint. Lifting the rear off the ground unloads things and the noise may not be reproducable this way.
Or, it could something as simple as a small rock in the tread just in the right place.

Its a pretty common problem with s2's. Just greasing and re-torqing the axle nut should solve the problem... Theres another thread on this same page that address' the same problem... Or do a search there was a really good thread on it a while back.
I would fix it as soon as possible, after a while it causes unneccessarry wear in the wheel bearing. THen you end up having to replace that along with the hub.

Do the wheels groan once you get to cruising speeds (50mph+)? Wheel bearings...
Is the clicking only at walking speeds, or when turning/reversing? CV joints...
Can you feel the clicking in your gas pedal or in the steering wheel?
No point in replacing something that doesn't need replacing; find out what the problem is, first.
