Try a search on "axle nut" , there is a TSB on it as well I belive.

20 min at the dealership made my click go away.

im guessing it be best to change brake pads?
If it's the brake pads, no amount of changing them will fix it.

As for aftermarket I have no idea.

your problem could be more complicated than just brake pads. i am not sure anyone could correctly diagnose your noise based on the info you gave. ANY thing in the rear of your car could have caused the noise. quality, duration of the noise, association with movement, acceleration/ decceleration ans such could mean different mechanical problems. as someone alluded to if it does not get louder with speed, then it's unlikely to be differential. your car is 2001 and lowered, which can cause prematured failure of shocks. i suggest checking your shocks for oil leakage. shock failure is likely to produce squeaking noise at onset of movement or acceleration, but tends to go away at steady speed. the noise tends to get louder when going over uneven surface. also check the damping effect of your shocks, compare left to right and if one side bounces more than the other, the softer side is likely to be damaged. like i said, it's practically impossible to diagnose a noise problem on the internet, you look for simple fixes, and if none of those work, take your car to a professional. hope this helps.

I have the same type of problem. When ever I go forward or reverse from a stop there is a loud pop/click type noise from the passenger rear. It sounds to me like its comming from the wheel area.
I am going into Honda next week for a different service issue but I am going to brring it up to them.
On a side note another member had the same problem and it turned out to be the lower arm ball as mentioned by "hondamanwill". If you guys find something out please let me know!!!
