19ft/lbs does seem like nothing. I had to read it twice when I did it. ACT says 50 but they are tiny 10mm bolts 50 would snap them. I did about 25 as well

Just curious but check your starter and see if it's loose. If it is, it will be hitting the flywheel teeth causing the horrible sound.

Ya i double checked the starter, before I tore it apart and after. it was tight as a whistle. Yes, the pressure plate did look like it was still even to the flywheel. And yes I fit the bearing into the new flywheel, that would be funny if i didn't but I'm sure someone has done that lol. I bought another car today as a dd until I can get this fixed. And the wear seemed pretty even on the friction plate... the only thing that I didn't do was check the springs... And it can't be the tranny cause I didn't do anything to the tranny and the noise is worse now then before I tore it apart and its not all the time... and correct, no noise when in neutral revving or anything. and there is no noise when letting the cltuch just barely engage with no gas. I swapped all the bolts for the driveline from those alan heads that you can't tighten very well. I might end up having to drive it and make an youtube video or go to an transmission shop and have someone ride with me... I just don't want to drive it in case it could mess up the new flywheel.

So I just got done testing something. I find it very good. Put car on jackstands, started the car, started going through the gears to hear the noise it was making... leaning under the car the sound seems to be coming from the driveshaft area. So I take off the rear wheels to lessen up the load on everything... do it again.. the noise is still there but not as loud but very noticable... I drop off the driveshaft at the tranny input... do it again, go throught the gears.. No noise. I'm pretty happy about that. I don't have have the driveshaft spacers and I have already gone through one driveline. The driveline was squeaking prior to all this so I'm pretty sure its the driveline which would be awesome seeing how I just tore it all apart and put in the new flywheel and stuff, it would suck to tear it all apart again. but in the misdt of all this I didn't have a car to drive so I went and bought an 94 accord for a dd... so now I can really make the S into a weekend warrior!

You get the rear clunk when your diff mounts are shot. Check em out to see for any tears / leaked oil... I've found that's usually the culprit to any driveline clunk.
