You have many....I mean many, of us that are local to you that you can ask. A few of us even have software on our laptops that can pull off exact codes and surmise probable issues that are causing those CEL's.

Give us a call!

Do you fill up the tank with the engine running? If so, the CEL may be a P0440 or a P0442, dealing with the EVAP system. Occassionally, the computer will perform a running test of the EVAP system (if the parameters are all correct - ambient, rpm, load, etc.) and if the gas cap is off (or simply not tightened), the computer will see it as a malfunction; a pressure loss.

Easy way to prevent that is to make sure the gas cap is tight, and to turn off the engine when you pump gas; if the engine is off, the computer can't perform the running test.

But, back to topic, have the code pulled at your local AutoZone. Like RZFD pointed out, they do it for free.

As for the CEL only showing up after 1 week... Sometimes, it can take even longer for a DTC to show up. While some DTCs trigger the CEL upon the first instance of test failure, some DTCs require the test to fail a certain number of times before it actually turns on the CEL.

P0440 and 442 will not set on a S2000. A P01456, or 1457 yes. Not a 440or 442.

Eh, I guess Honda has to do their own thing with their own DTCs.

Either way, if the DTC is for the EVAP system, my advice still stands.
