Default check engine light

so my car has been vibrating for a while now. Not to bad but irritating. i replaced two of the old tires and most of the vibration went away. Then out of no where,"couple of days after getting the new tires on" It starts shaking again. even worse then before. Then the check engine light came on. here are the codes. Most of them are cylinder mis fire?

po300
p0304
p0303
p0302
p0301
p1399

all of these codes came on at the exact time.

My car is a 01 s2000 with 120k miles.
slammed to the ground on budd club n +
Also on 18's
The dealership just put the motor in last year becuase the last one was hydro locked. This motor has been running perfect with no problems what so ever.
I opened the hood while it was running and it sounds perfect so i dont know what to do.
basically stock. any suggestions>? im freaked the fudge out.

First things I would think to check is the coil pack and spark plugs. Where is the vibration coming from, front or rear? This seems to be one of those situations where you take it into a mechanic that knows s2000's and have him do a "work up" on the car. This seems to above most peoples head unless they are qualified mechanics like Billman250. Sorry to hear your demise OP

Was the engine new or used when it was put in? How many miles since the swap? (I have no ideas, but people will probably want to know)

Wouldnt the dealer have some sort of a warranty on their work?

but anyways, do you mean vibrations from the engine ? (engine rpm dropping, bogging)
