Default Check engine light

I installed the non v2 AEM intake today after I installed the check enginge light went off. The instructions were pretty vague and Im new to the S2K motor. I checked pretty much all the connections is there something Im missing?

You prolly didn't connect the rubber tubes correctly...There is like a black and gray rubber vaccume hose that connects to a white plastic piece. Try to switch that around.

Do your mean it came "on"?
